As a fan of the original Sonic the Hedgehog games, Sonic Mania hit me smack dab in the nostalgia for a critical hit! Easy the best Sonic Game in 20 years. I love how it references so many other Sonic Games like Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine and the original Silver Sonic <3 If you're a Sonic fan, this game is a must have! (I have the physical version)

Honestly for me, Sonic Mania isn't my favourite, but that's just because i've always preferred the 3D sonic games. But it is really nostalgic and definitely brought me back to playing Sonic 1 and Sonic & Knuckles, but with wayyy smoother controls.

I'm not actually that far into this yet as i've not played it since getting my new PC but i'm excited to see the rest of the levels!!

Same here not too far into it either.
