What's your favourite game?

Even though I ADORE Zelda i've STILL never completed a game in the series! >_<
I'm up to the Shadow Temple on OoT 3DS (But can't find the cartridge so RIP)
I'm also a fair bit into Wind Waker WiiU but haven't played in a couple months

I also have Majoras Mask, Twilight Princess and A Link Between Worlds which I haven't started yet as I wanna finish OoT and WW first ;_;

And I REALLY want Breath of the Wild!

Anyway i'll stop rambling.... so, lets talk about Zelda :P

I think Ocarina is still my favorite and Windwaker is a very close second. It probably because OoT was the main game I played growing up. Windwaker is definitely my favorite Link though. He's so sassy and has permanent RBF xD

Well that sucks that you can't find your OoT cartridge...

I've finished it twice. once on the original, and the 3DS version. I once got stuck in on the Fire Temple where you have to run up to the chest with the mallet. people dread the water temple, but the Fire Temple I feel is where the difficulty spikes with the dragon boss

I finished The Wind Waker in like 3 days without a single game over, though There was this one lookout with 3 Wizzrobes that gave me a run for my rupees (sorry :P ). the bosses at Ganondorf's lair were nasty too.

OG game and A Link to the Past had dungeons, enemies and bosses that got on my nerves at times, but completing them are so rewarding!

I need to find time to play Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword too, but I hope all the swinging in the latter doesn't aggravate my right shoulder...

I also need to buy the others some day too. Spirit Tracks was an absolute train wreck though (pun not intended)

I think it's probably just in another case to be honest. It's just finding... which one :P
I didn't really find the Water Temple that difficult, more just confusing trying to remember what i've done and whatnot

I've been playing Zelda 1 on the Switch NES library. It's as boring as I remember from when I was a kid. Before that BotW was the one I played most recently. Before that I hadn't played a Zelda game since TP, which I couldn't even stand to finish.

This series keeps tricking me into thinking it will be interesting but then it never is.

Agreed. Zelda 1 is even worse with all of the crap they expect people to somehow know you're supposed to bomb/burn to progress.

The dungeon's in the original were just torture chambers. some of the rooms just feature enemies that looks like they were all randomly thrown together, or yhey look like they crept out of less filled rooms and you're there hoping you're not going to get shafted from every angle.

Yeah. Like Likes, Purple Wizzrobes and Bubbles. All I have left is Death Mountain, so I have tons of that coming up.

My favourites are BOTW, Twilight Princess and Windwaker!

BOTW was so different but in a good way, I loved having the chance to explore the entire map, I love those kind of games :D
TP was really fun, I enjoyed the dark aspects of it, when I was younger the monsters used to scare me LOL! also Midna is best gal!
WW's character design is probably my favourite of all of them, they're just so cute and chibi like, I enjoyed the pirate ship battles and sinking them down

WW had some really hilarious moments too, like Tetra catapulting Link into the wall of the Forsaken Fortress

I know, Right?

I especially loved it when Tetra came up with an idea, then it cuts back to Link who looks shocked that he's been stuffed into a barrel... on a catapult!

I need to re-live the many faces of Link in WW
