Probably the Orre games for Pokemon.

There's quite a few contenders for 2nd place, though, like Mario Sunshine, Luigi's Mansion, Mario Kart Double Dash, Sonic Adventure 2, SSBM, etc. etc.

surprised nobody mentioned Eternal Darkness was easily the best game in GameCube :D
