Above.
I accidentally bought 2 copies of Evil West on Xbox, one from Game, which didn't turn up from Evri till the Sunday before last, and one from Amazon because I didn't think the Game one would turn up at all.
Now I've got to send the Game one back, it's still in the shrink wrap, unopened/unused.
However, I've sent back several games from them this year and I don't know if there's a way to get a return label from Evri without going through the annoying customer service chat thing.
Is it possible? I am aware of Google and use it frequently.
Is it possible to return something to Game.co.uk without going through the annoying customer service "chat" thing?

I would imagine that if you need to return that its the store you need to contact rather than the actual delivery courier? That would be my guess anyway. If the online shop is tied to a particular store maybe you could phone up the store you got it from and ask about the procedure? It doesnt sound like there is a lot of room to workaround the issue tbh

I've tried to contact Game customer service on their website twice today, they sent me a link to create a return label (the link went to a 404 error page), I contacted them again later in the day on the same chat, and eventually gave up after waiting in a queue with the bot.
In the end I've put the surplus copy of Evil West on Xbox on eBay, but for the price I set, I guarantee it'll not sell.
Yet I'm loath to take it to CEX, it's only worth £18 cash or £26 voucher, and I paid a bit less than £50.
I don't beee-lieve it!

It is always a real pain to contact them. I also tried to contact customer service a while ago and just wasted my time.

Turns out the surplus copy did sell on eBay (for considerably less than I wanted but at least it sold)
I took it to the PO earlier and sent it off, special delivery so the guy in Liverpool will get it tomorrow hopefully.
If he's at work and not in to sign for it, not my fault or problem.

They don't like negative comments, it's their own fault for using the total fail that is Evri for delivery, there are other options on the site but Evri's the cheapest so most people use it, even though DPD are more reliable despite being 3 quid dearer.
