I have a shiny Rapidash and teddiursa so far. \o/ I'm working on going after Palkia though I haven't seen any more pokemon outbreaks since getting kicked out of the village and defeating the commander etc.

Its annoying when there's none for a while and then like three at once in different areas lol
I think outbreaks are more common after beating the story
