Lost Ark Mokoko Seed Locations

Post by Jannick » 21 Apr 2022, 02:43

Lost Ark is very hot nowadays, this is where you'll find all of the Mococo Seeds you can find in the Snake-Haired Worker's Cave.

The many gathering systems available to players in The Lost Ark are no joke, and by far the largest collectible in the game is the Mokoko Seed. Collect over a thousand of these little guys to get various rewards and you will be chasing them for quite a while.

In this article we will look at the location of the Mokoko Seeds in the first dungeon of North Vern, the Golems' Lair. Although this dungeon isn't part of the main story of the game (which means you'll have to do your best to get more lost ark gold to complete it), it still offers a nice first-level reward, some Destiny Stones to help you build relationships, and of course Thank you for completing your North Vern adventure book.

Mococo seed 1

The first seed of Gorgon's Nest is at the entrance of the dungeon. She's next to a pile of broken cannons, specifically near the wheels of the path. It's also in shadow, so it might be a little hard to see.

Mokoko seeds 2

The next three Mokoko seeds are in the off-map area. To get to this area, just go under the root of the big tree next to the cliff edge (although it looks like you're going through it). When you are underneath it, it disappears so you can clearly see the ground below.

Once you've made it, you'll find the second seed right in front of you, again in the shadows. It's very close to a jump point, so be careful here and don't just hit 'g' (which is understandable if you pressed that key to progress through the long main story). Instead, play it safe and manually click the seed to avoid accidentally skipping it!

But even if you miss it, after picking up the next two seeds you'll be back on that path anyway, so don't worry.

Mokoko seeds 3

Once you've picked up the second Mokoko Seed, jump the gap (further away from the map) and the third Mokoko Seed will be (unsurprisingly) in the shadows, a few steps from where you landed. So if they don't appear immediately after the jump, expect them to drop when you pick up the third seed, if not before or shortly after.

Mokoko seeds 4

For the fourth Mokoko Seed, head off the map until you reach the end of the cobbled path. Then you go to the edge of the cliff (where the roots of the big tree are) where the seeds are (yes it's in the shade again, thanks for asking). Keep in mind that you need to kill more trolls to jump back from where you came from. So don't panic if you don't see the "jump here" sign immediately upon your return.

Mokoko seed 5 and 6

To find Mokoko Seeds 5 and 6, you have to exit the map again. The hidden entrance isn't all that hidden, as it's marked by the typical "jump here" marker and is further hidden by the obvious gap in the cliff face. He taps roughly in the middle of the strip where you jump up to avoid the big red circles, so watch out when you jump around.

Once you've crossed the intersection, continue to the heavily shaded area (shocking isn't it?) where you'll find two seeds. One is right in front of the stone altar (at least it looks like an altar) and the other is to the left of that area.

Mokoko seeds 7

The seventh seed appears on the penultimate plot in the dungeon. It's near the head of the (very shallow) flowing water stream where you'll find dead bodies and blood-smeared rocks. There is also a special monster in this part of the dungeon, which is denoted on the map by the grey-silver icon with the horned head.

Mococo seed 8

The last Mokoko Seed is on the penultimate land, just before the final boss area. While it's not at the top of the Jump Here meter, it's close enough to exercise caution, so pick it up before jumping down to fight Gorgon. If you accidentally jump into the boss's area before picking up this seed, you won't be able to return there in your current run. So get ready to re-enter the dungeon (which might not be such a bad thing considering you'll have to complete the Book of Adventurers on both normal and hard difficulty).
