What do you think went wrong with the launch of Stadia?

One of my theories is that it's a streaming platform with no console or offline alternatives, on top of the fact that the Pro bundle doesn't offer a lot of different games and that they're still yet to offer the free version.

Even if you'd never expect those changes, what would you change about it? (Within reason)
