Well i would suggest 7 or 9 as even through the graphics where poor the story was but together well

First ever FF was 7 for me, my favourite due to nostalgia. Currently doing a playthrough of FF8 on PS4, followed by 9 (never finished either as a kid), already finished 10 and trying to force myself to finish x-2 (finished as a kid, that is enough for me). Got my lady person into 10 also, but yeah she was not a fan of 10-2

Apparently there are plans to release FFXIV on Xbox One soon, i'll definitely be getting it
