The news report is sketchy in detail, and may apply to USA subscriptions only, but apparently HIDIVE has been passing along customer details without permission.

Affected users of the service will have been sent an e-mail detailing how they can claim a part of the settlement, with the claims portal remaining open until April 9, 2024 at 12:59:59 A.M. ET.
