With a live-action adaptation hitting the screens in March, an anime adaptation has now been announced, that will premiere in July.

Born to a noble family, Miyo is raised by her abusive stepmother and married off to Kiyoka, a soldier so heartless his prior fiancées fled within three days into their engagement. With no home to return to, Miyo slowly starts to open her heart to her cold and pale husband-to-be, despite their rocky introduction... This might just be her chance at finding true love and happiness.

Looks hopeful. I tend towards romantic comedies, but this isn't a comedy.

Still no fixed date, other than March 2023, but confirmation that NETFLIX will be streaming the English version of the anime.

The live-action version will debut in Japan March 17. No word if it will be streaming anywhere else.

So been watching this on Netflix and reading the manga. It's pretty good. It's about a girl who's basically being used as a slave in her own family. She's given away to somebody for a fiance and leaves her home as she's unwanted. Her half sister is jealous and she's stuck with a week guy when she should have gotten the other one.

It is really good, read all the lite novels. I'm I like love story type anime, book too. I used to read this lot of historical romances well still do some but not as much.

I just picked up this show and have been loving it!
I cannot stand to wait for each new one, but then when they do come out I am excited to watch

Last episode was quite intense. Curious to see more of all the powers

For her yes she's been through so much. For him every woman just wants him for wealth and standing. Finally found somebody that sees him for who he is.
