Pains me to say this but I hate the way International productions portray the traditional English accent! Not everyone here speaks "The Queen's English" (posh basically) or Cockney.

Being from South Yorkshire I have a very strong local accent, most call centres hate talking to me, especially Foreign ones because they don't understand most UK regional dialects.

Lol, in the original Mary Poppins, he did speak with a Cockney accent, yeah it was a classic that, shame the sequel that came out 2 or 3 years ago wasn't as good.
