Taiyou no Uta - Manga

Kaoru Amane is a 16-year-old girl who suffers from a rare genetic disorder known as xeroderma pigmentosum—a condition in which even the smallest amount of sunlight will cause irreparable damage to her skin, potentially ending her life. As a result, she is confined to her house during the day, while venturing out into the city only at night to play her guitar and sing in front of the train station.

During her time spent indoors, she watches a young boy from afar and yearns to talk to him. Through her cousin's efforts, Kaoru finds out that the boy's name is Kouji Fujishiro. Eventually, Kaoru runs into him during one of her nightly adventures, their first meeting cementing her feelings for the boy she has always longed to be with; however, as the girl begins to fall deeper in love, her complicated illness is certain to bring some hardships.

044 becomes the strongest female soldier excelling in combat through gene manipulation using a virus. However, in exchange for her abilities, her days become numbered. She wonders why, but as a result, Daxus Jr., the leader of the government group, regards her as a traitor. She is targeted by both Phage and the government, and she runs away with the injured Luka.

Now Louise's familiar, Saito is treated as a slave, forced to clean her clothes and eat off the ground. But when an unfamiliar brand is found etched on Saito's hand from the summoning ritual, it is believed to be the mark of a powerful familiar named Gandalfr.

Wild, adventurous, and explosive, Zero no Tsukaima follows Saito as he comes to terms with his new life and as Louise proves that there is more to her than her nickname suggests.

A slice of life anime about a 25-year-old red panda who works in the accounting department of her dream job - dealing with a loud verbally abusive boss and a number of unpleasant co-workers (but some nice ones too). To blow off steam, she finds a quiet place (often a karaoke room) to belt out some death metal.

I like her friend Fenneko (Fennec Fox).

It's a fun watch.

Bokura no Hentai - Manga

From an outsider's perspective, what they are seeing is a normal meetup between three girls. However, these "girls" are meeting for the first time because of one commonality: they were born as males, but crossdress for various reasons.

Ryousuke "Yui" Kijima pretends to be his deceased older sister to keep her memory alive, Osamu "Parou" Tamura dresses as a girl to attract his straight senior in school, and Yuuta "Marika" Aoki is a transgender female. Despite their similarities, Yui hates how the other two are satisfied with their habits, and leaves quickly. Then alone, Parou expresses his support for Marika, causing her to fall in love with him.

Though their meeting was cut short, the lives of these three people begin to cross. As they grapple with their genders and identities, romantic feelings begin to foster, sharpening the divide between them, yet bring them closer at the same time.
