Thanks to @Architect who has brought up probably the most popular Dungeon series

Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka (Is it Wrong to try to Pick up girls in a dungeon)

Otherwise shortened to "DanMachi" this has had 3 TV seasons with the 4th to air this year. Also 3 OVAs. 3 specials, and a spinoff TV series.

This should keep you going for some time.
