Like it says who is your favourite character from our country United Kingdom! I will start things off. She is royal, beautiful, and powerful taking down everyone like a true British nobility but you can't help but like her. Oddly these are the things I like about her lol.

Do hapa's count? I really like Kodaka from Haganai.
His problem is he sort of looks Japanese but has blond hair so people think he dyes it to appear tough. And he already has a thugish face so everyone thinks he's a thug and either avoids him or wants to fight him. He co-creates a nonsense school club just to make friends, with two girls who are such giant bitches they're not scared of him and since he's actually a nice person on the inside he's not scared away by them either. I like well crafted characters like that. :)

I saw that anime @lambda-sky Didn't know he was English, I also don't mind characters like that. Me I love characters with pride, not going back on what they believe but have the pride to grow, people like her and Vegeta. Been a long time since I saw it lol. And yes @misterableatbest Bakura Is British, it's why all the girls like him lol.

I remember in the old dub of Sailor Moon, they said that Amy/Ami/Sailor Mercury transfered from Brighton Academy and her voice actress, Karen Bernstein had a British twang to her accent. I could be remembering it wrong though, in which case, I'll default to Professor Layton. "That's a video game character!" you say? True, but Professor Layton and The Eternal Diva is an Anime Movie, so technically he does fit. There was also an anime series based on Katrielle Layton (in which the Professor is voiced by the legendary Koichi Yamadera, the voiced of Karamaru/Bad Bird in Kyatto Ninden Teyandee/Samurai Pizza Cats, Ryoga in Ranma 1/2 and more recently Inspector Zenigatta in Lupon III)

To an extent. :) Like, on the subject of the aforementioned Ceil and Sebastian from Black Butler, they shared their voice actors (Briana Palencia and J Michael Tatum) with Holo and Laurence from Spice & Wolf. J MIchael Tatum was also Negi's father Nagi Springfield in Negima?! . Which segways into my next suggestion for this list- Negi Springfield.

He's from Wales, which is part of the UK, and at 10 years old, he became a school teacher and has 31 girls fawning over him. He must be doing something right.

Eriol Hiiragizawa from CardCaptor Sakura... he is technically visiting Sakura and her classmates having travelled from the UK, so that counts I think? ^^;
