The 3rd opening of Kimagure Orange Road is fantastic on so many levels. From the upbeat 80s song, to the rotation of the animation, from the scene in a scene, it's just incredible.

For me it would be Sousei no Onmyouji 3rd opening. Incredibly underwhelming anime. I loved the beginning of it, really like the ending stretch, but damn was the middle part boring. But the opening to it was a total banger.
