So, in Washington D.C., there's Otakon, which was cancelled this year as the conference center that usually hosts it was taken over for an emergency COVID-19 hospital.

On Thursday, they announced they would be hosting an online con on Saturday. Today.

I got to see about a minute of it before I had to run.

Be that as it may, they did show off the schedule, and one of their items was how to make an Ita Bag.

Ita, it was explained, is Japanese for "painful" - and these bags can get very heavy as well as being a pain in the wallet.

This link is not to the Otakon workshop, this is someone else's blog post on making Ita bags.

For fandom, have you found links and videos showing off what others are doing?

In the Creative Arts Forum, you should check out Gonzalez's Anime Cars for his anime virtual car wraps. I'd try that, but I would need to find out where I can get wraps for Matchbox and Hot Wheel cars.

You might be able to get stickers printed. Getting the sizes and angles right might be a challenge though, especially over curved parts.
