Amazon.co.jp (Throught both, Apps @ PC's And Mobile) and off course, theyr Kindle e-book devices.

Manga and LN. at least

comixology has non-mobile service too, at least in the US

i'm guessing they have the biggest selection to read in the US too because i can find almost anything, save the jump titles which are on viz

Doesn't the non-mobile service require a reader device (Kindle)? I do not include services which require any specialized readers as explained in the first post.

nope, i finished up vol. 1 of komi can't communicate on the website

i also read it from my ipad usually
