I watched the first episode, its very interesting.
My thoughts:
From what happened with the kid (now adult with the eyebrow piercing) being able to create images of his mothers traumas. He can clearly pass on ideas or create false images in other peoples head warping their reality.
I would love to see where they go with this one. Sign me up for episode 2 already.

I wonder if it's episodic or not. Will there be a single plot or just one plot per ep?
Oh, so you think those "visions" are based on his mother's traumas. That's an interesting observation and it makes sense. I need to check how similar are the visions to what was shown in the beginning of the ep.
EDIT: Somewhat similar, but not identical.

That's cool. So it's not like they're just his subordinates. It goes both ways. It's some interesting dynamics between the characters.

Damn, it's interesting how his memories are influenced by his feelings and attitudes. E.g. he doesn't respect the women in the strip club, so he remembers them as some shouting "dolls".

Oh, the final scene was great. So the communication goes both ways. It's not only that they influence others, but they're also influenced. Their job is dangerous.
