I love the art and the OP is fantastic.
The exposition is really thick right now though. A temporary annoyance for those stories that suffer with it. Meh.

I've decided to read the manga for this one instead. So I will post some panels instead of screenshots. You'll understand why I want to read the manga instead. (But the anime is very good as well.)

I wouldn't count on it. I think it might be one of those anime which are not to be enjoyed for plot twists.
It slightly reminds me of Mushishi.
