Despite a pretty standard and not very original idea of an overpowered protagonist (but it's a female this time), they seem to do ok with the gags and it's fun to watch casually.

Yeah, I pretty much feel the same way about it. It's kinda fun so far. It seems there's some inherent value in seeing characters be trained to be OP. Because I can't see any other value in this.
The main character design is cute but that doesn't make an anime worth watching on its own.

but in LN are many parts in descriptions that are quite hard to animate, or will pass unnoticed for sure

Here's something interesting that others may not have noticed
If you watch the first episode, Mile keeps replying to thin air while others are around like she's a scatter brain.
But if you think about it is actually Nani she's responding to, it's just now showing her talking to it.

That means the next episode will be about Pauline's and Mavis's troubled lives. Plus possibly a battle with a wyvern thrown in too.

No way in a single ep reduce a WHOLE novel. ( I beg ... XDD )
Any way, i didn't like this ep, just the end when
...they get attacked by the gang... and the past trauma of young Reina ( BTW, = Queen, in Spanish XDD) ...
I beg first than Mavis, and Pauline ... they will tell about Reina
