There are definitely more anime. I can think of one or two that were spawned specifically based on the idea that didn't look all that interesting so I don't remember their names.

Elemental Gelade. Not in that category but I think it had the element.

Mouretsu Space Pirates--which suffers from the terrible english name Bodacious Space Pirates--clearly derivative, but it was alright.

Tytania ( not exactly pirate ship but protagonist is a mercenary and joins rebellions against a might nation )
Ozuma ( well its about desert pirates I did not enjoy it much to be honest)

Tenchi Muyo technically I guess, when they fly in Ryo-Ohki. Ryoko is a space pirate and Ryo-Ohki is her ship.
