I watched the first episode the other day, which yeah I know I'm way behind on this, but hey, it's still airing so it's the most up to date I've been on an anime for years lol.
Anyway, this was my first thought and lol over it.

Other than that, the first episode mostly just irritated me. ¬_¬
I'll give it until episode three, if it hasn't improved for me by then I'm going to drop it.

Yeah I thought the same after the first episode. It still isn't sitting too well with me tbh. XD;

So I watched episode two and three and now I don't know how to move forward with this. :/
Episode two was just as irritating as the first episode imo and I had decided that if nothing at all good happens in episode three it would be dropped quicker than a hot potato.
But I watched episode three and it wasn't too bad, maybe even a little enjoyable...... Now I have no idea what to do....

Watch more and maybe come to like it?
Watch more and end up even more irritated with it and it ends up being a complete waste of what little free time I have?
Or drop it before it has the chance to ruin me?

*Sighs* I have no idea what to do about this. =__=;

After watching this weeks episode and the way things are progressing I think Naofumi has a tough choice ahead of him once all the waves have been defeated. Does he stay and undo all the damage that the other hero's and the king with his stuck up trashy daughter has done. Or does he leave and go back home, but take Raphtalia and filo with him.

I can't see him deciding to clean up any messes. I think at least half of his outburst at the other two was just an opportunity to hit back at them.

There's definitely some goodness in him but it's not driving very much of what he does.



At 22:00 theres a woman smiling at the wave. This is a new thing to be interesting.

Otherwise I hope Melty gets through to him and he's able to reconcile a bit.

Lol. I never seen such a heavy start to an anime. Too be honest, I know people have commented that the characters were too adjusting to the new role but if you remember on the first episode they were thinking it was a game. I think it's an interesting anime completely different turn around on episode two and the anime just got thicker and thicker. Some say would rushed. But tbh? I'm glad they did it this way because they made Naofumi was realistic enough to make the other parts more accepting. I have no idea why that is the case.

I have never thought an anime so rushed would be something I'd be hooked on. I'm already waiting anxiously for the episodes.Naofumi had been through so much and everyone had treated him like shit and I'm glad they matured him. LOL. I just didn't think the events would turn out this way but I love it.

It's much better having a villian that can actually deliver on threats.
