Expendable wrote:If you seen Caramelldansen, you've seen an anime dance taken from Popotan. And there's Tiny Little Snow Fairy Sugar, which we see a group dance move being done by some of the characters 55 seconds in.

End of Doujin Work, you see the various female characters from behind wearing their gym clothes and doing their own little dance. Although I must admit, Najimi has only one move and I think Tsuyuri got bored waiting. But the suggestion is that these are dance moves each of the characters came up with by themselves.

Later, as part of an AMV, I came across a Korean MMORPG called Yogurting, which looked like a high-tech music school setting where kids both dance and fight creatures. Never played it, but to me, there was a suggestion was you got points for doing various dance moves.

I'm thinking that most anime dances come from taking a popular move and tweaking it.

Thanks! They are some interesting examples.

Unlimited Hyobu Kyousuke
Divine Gate
Coppelion
Chaika the Coffin Princess

opinions on any of these?
These are the only 4 anime I haven't seen and might be interested in on hulu.

I have no opinion on Unlimited Hyobu Kyousuke and Chaika the Coffin Princess because I haven't seen these.

Divine Gate can be safely ignored in my opinion. It's average.

Coppelion you should watch.

Really? When I first saw trailers for coppelion I figured it'd be hella average.

I mean the trailer was basically high school girls in skirts shooting things and explosions. I rolled my eyes and forgot about it.

So don't watch it. In the end I cannot predict what you'd like, right?

It's not "the best show ever made", sure. But... A good thing about this show is the contrast between the girls and the world. E.g. I laughed so hard when someone criticised the show by saying that the girls don't match the world and the situation. But that's exactly the whole point of it, lol.

If you don't think you'll like it, you probably won't.

Yeah I probably won't like it

Hmm I could watch twilight Q now but I'm not sure I feel like something thoughtful

it hasn't been long enough for me to catch up on one piece

hmm wonder if there's a good gory action show I haven't seen yet

Besides Ninja Scroll. Not feeling historical.

Ah, forget it, it's only dub. I don't feel like it.

Sword Oratoria? I didn't know Danmachi had a spinoff. Ok.

No, nevermind, this is too light for me right now.

Uggh

Chaika was cool so i would check it out for sure but divine gate i heard is not good so i advise skipping it, and thats what i can say for the 4 anime choices.
