He, his girlfriend (?) and the two fathers were flying to deliver the message. The fathers and his gf died because of the wind and difficult weather conditions, and also because they didn't see Exile and they crashed. Delphine did nothing besides being there and smiling. That's all she did I think, right? So was it the thing that triggered his revenge and the reason why she deserved to die according to him? Either his or my sense of morality is a bit twisted. It could be mine. (ep. 15)

Hmm, it seems I've made one mistake. It seems he wasn't a rational guy after all. I also remember the moment when he lost his temper when he heard about the petals.

If we assume there's any reasonable justification for his life dream of killing her, I'd say it's that in the long years of environmental inbalance in the created world, she at least had the power to stop the war and didn't.

I think it's more likely that this is a rational excuse that lets him avoid the issue of not having anything better to live for after Eurice's death.

Yeah, now I think I overestimated his rationality. Maybe he was just a desperate who only looked rational on the outside.
