It seems the best way to overcome uncanny valley is to make robots cute.

Only one episode in but I already love how this show captures us wota. The love for your oshi, the dedication to buying all the merch even if you don't really like it much, the passion when speaking to your idols... it's all very accurate.
Also kinda interesting seeing a bit from Maina's (the protag's oshi) perspective too, i'm one of the few people who understands idol culture from both a wota and idol perspective (although with Japanese wota the experience is mostly online, other than the few I met in Europe).
Definitely excited to watch more of this now that I know it's looking to be, well, actually accurate to wota!

I watched a couple of episodes and didn't like it. It had too much purposeless violence for my taste. But other people like it.
