Oh yeah I love Outlaw Star I should have thought of it.
I recognize Tytania and know I've seen it and remember liking it.
I've never heard of Ozma or Queen Emereldas. I shall watch them.
Is Coyote Ragtime good? I have it a list somewhere...
I don't remember Crest of the Stars having any pirate or rogue ships. That's more of a classical space opera, or have I forgotten it?
Manga/anime where someone gets onboard of a "pirate" flying ship

I think Servo just mentioned some space operas they liked in this post.
I also haven't seen many from the list, but it seems I really like this plot element, so I will watch them at some point.

Emeraldas is a Leijiverse character like Harlock. She's basically female Harlock with a space zeppelin.

No.
Cobra sometimes gets bandied about as a space pirate. I've seen him called Cobra the Space Pirate. And it does have space pirates. And Cobra has a ship. But he himself really actually isn't a pirate. I probably wouldn't list it but I figured I'd toss it out there and let you make the call, undrornanr.

It's a shame that Skies of Arcadia never got an anime adaptation.
Re: Manga/anime where someone gets onboard of a "pirate" flying ship
Speaking of things that should have gotten animu adaptations, here's another for the list:
Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam
The best Gundam manga to never be made into an anime.

Did an outsider enter his ship?
Re: Manga/anime where someone gets onboard of a "pirate" flying ship
The main focus of the series is on the adventures of Cobra and his android lady pilot but yes, other people do enter his ship throughout the series, for whatever that's worth. He himself isn't one of the pirates, though. He's wanted by the pirates. But he is a rogue-ish sort of character and they are looking for treasure.
