When was the last time an anime got you so emotional you cried? Did someone die? Did you just love the art? Did the music make you cry?

Discuss! :D

Grave of the Fireflies. A friend wanted to watch it but when they turned it on I just burst into tears.

So much for my cold, heartless exterior.

Attack On Titan kinda hit different with all the deaths :'(
TW: Season 2 spoilers

Hannes death was the saddest, and really made me cry. Especially the history he had with Eren.

Akame ga Kill. I cried after the members of Night Raid kept getting
  Spoiler:
killed off.
But it was every single time, especially a particular member (whom I just adored because of her personality) getting killed
  Spoiler:
(Sheele)
that really made me actually cry. One of the most emotionally taxing animes I've seen in my life. Its good moments too were why I kept watching, like how close all the members of Night Raid seemed to be to each other. Still, the only other anime to make me do that was the ending of Wolf's Rain. But my gawd, Akame ga Kill was and is a masterpiece. I might even get it again since I missed the very last episode. I wish it didn't rip my heart out when I watched it though. One of those emotional roller coasters that's worth it.

There is something about The Anthem of The Heart that gets me every time. It just build up this emotional weight and then when it finally resolves itself I can't help myself.

If I recall, I was watching Howls' Moving Castle the last time I cried over an anime.
It was actually my second time watching it. For whatever reason I'll always lose a few tears over the same part if I watch something again.
