yes!
my last jeep was a good car and lasted me a good 9 years and 200k miles before it started having issues
so went and got a new one to hopefully also enjoy for another decade

works been really slow
which has not helped my transition from third shift to second shift
payroll finally fixed our pay though!
only took them two weeks
had an "interview" today, but the main guy wasnt even in soooooo they asked me to take a tour and come back another day
so idk
kinda didnt sit right with me that they scheduled this interview with me over a week ago and the guys out of town at a trade show so its not like something just came up....they knew about the trade show out of state so like....why was i brought in today
waste of my time and gas

that same company did a teams meeting with me and the guy who was "out of town unexpectedly"
it was okay
but now they want me to meet their president before an offer is made...which i asked for online teams again
if only because the place is an hour drive away
radio silence
so guessing ill need to drive out there sometime next week
the offer better be good, because theyre not my favorite

got to drive the jeep with the top off yesterday!
it was about 97F on my way into work and even tho the sun was well down when i went home...was still a nice 67F ride
was easy to pop off the top two panels too

current job has been okay
they did finally cave and give me a raise
it was the day after they heard about me interviewing
if that's all it would take, i would have done that years ago

this months concert is stray kids
i think that one is about a week and a half away
which reminds me, i should obtain a poncho or raincoat
really loathe these open air arena shows
last time i was at one, it rained but the show kept going, so i just got rained on
for the price of concert tickets, imma see the show i paid for even if in the rain hahahah

i'm kinda envious of you going to shows and stuff ;w;

i'm poor and can't drive, so i have to rely on other people to go places, and no one has my musical tastes in this house

it's all country and 2000's alt rock while i like like 10 different genres

uh... lesse there's classic rock, edm (this covers a massive range), black metal, video game music, power/speed metal, kpop, pop in general, lo-fi, sometimes punk... i guess that's only 9, i lied

A little mix of everything

sounds like a good mix to me

i have been just obsessively playing fantasy life when not busy with work or chores or appointments
and forgetting a little bit to check in here from time to time
thats what happens when life gets busy though

Been busy at work short handed and going into summer oh yeah

summer is here and it already has been awful
which sucks, it used to be my favorite season

Hot humid and nasty. We had a week ago heat indext of 110 for 4 days it's sucked.

similar here
they also say it'll be back in the 100's sunday/monday
so trying to get any outdoors chores done before then

went to mow today and said, naw, later
cause it was 90F and the heat index made it over 100F
waited for the sun to go down a bit and cool down before resuming the work

also just been playing a lot of fantasy life i
that and playing a few tabletops

oh and work
work continues to exist
which is okay
but mostly, wish i could "work from home" like a lot of the salary folks
could get more fantasy life i done

this my mood today, so i am not going into work
games and tv and a nap for me today
