That sounds nasty; hope things improve around there soon.

All the birthdays are done, and Halloween is over. Now is the time for Christmas Decorations to make the Annual Migration from the loft to the front room. Day by day a little bit more gets done. By the end of Sunday, we should be in full Christmas mode.

It's been a while, but here is Lily's idea of helping out.

Taken the next step in my Vesemir Cosplay and ordered a set of foam swords. I have one back carrier, so I just need to get another, and the belts. I will be working on making the pauldrons after Christmas. Then, it is just the trousers and the boots. The boots will probably be the most expensive items of the whole costume.

I'm still looking for a set of chainmail demi-gauntlets. I've found some plate ones, so I may have to go with those.

Oh, and I still can't find any studded vambraces of the right type.

Since #1 son has bought a smart Tv, he passed along his Amazon Fire stick for us to use. This means we now have access to Disney+. YAY! Star Wars and MCU episodic series here we come.

Since my 14 year old nephew donated his old Xbox One S to Uncle Rich a while back, I'm not in as much of a rush to upgrade to a Series X at my Parents, I still might ask Dad to try and get one for Christmas though.

Well, the snow came down last night so the trip to the Garden Centre has been put off.

Since we are confined to the house, Mrs Oji has gone into a wrapping frenzy. Surrounded by paper, sticky-tape rolls, gift bags and Santa sacks.

According to my research yesterday, an unboxed Series X is £319 at CEX, extra tenner for t'box! Eh?

We had 2 and a half inches from a storm on Friday. Its getting above freezing so it'll be gone again till the next storm comes.

God it's been a long day. Still off to bed, and a long lie in on Boxing Day.
