Got diagnosed with Plantar fasciitis (wooo for overworking my foot at cons!). So went out and got new trainers today, insoles and like a little massage ball for my foot

Does this mean I can use the disabled toilets cause I have a hidden disability ;p (jokes!)

Nah, but honestly it has been painful so glad I finally know what it is and how to treat it

Sympathies! I suffered for years before I had it diagnosed. Now all my shoes and boots have insoles with good raised arches, and I do stretching exercises when I go training to keep the tendons stretched and supple.

Yeah that's painful, but the right shoes and insoles do wonders. I tore my archelies heal last year and found out I was wearing the wrong shoe size. It's now helped with my heal issues. I also do stretches which helps as well since they tend to get stiff.

Too many girls outright prey on guys just cos they are lonely.

Pretty much every where will want pay rises because of the cost of living going up, I have a feeling strikes everywhere are gonna be more frequent :/
