I started working another job in medical insurance, as a claims processor. It's the same as my last job, but the software we use at this new one is a nightmare compared to the previous job.

Well, they just need to update their like 50-year-old system. It doesn't have any consistencies as far as how it's actually written or programmed, because it's been written and programmed by like almost 100 different people who never talk to each other.
