Thanks I'm doing good how are you?

I’m OK. Chilling out on the forums with the Snooker Championship on in the background. Will be heading to bed soon for work tomorrow.

If your boss sounds like she's kind of causing herself a problem with HR if she keeps that up though.

I’ve taken a few days away from the forums to catch up on sleep and other things.

Last week at work was rather stressful with my boss making me very confused with instructions. Everything was urgent.

HR have told me they have spoken to my bosses boss.

They have now reached out to me and I’m due to to her tomorrow when I go back in. It’s not a conversation I’m looking forward too as I have to be super factual and provide evidence about the bullying.

This month is going to be tough as we have external auditors coming in. I know I’m gonna be stressed with that throughout the month and I’ll somehow need to manage and cope with it.

Were you able to cope with the stress?

It’s got slightly better. My boss is one of those people who is great at processes and doing the job, just lacks in people skills.

I’ve had my second COVID vaccination now, so that gives me piece of mind.

I also went out and bought a load of stuff for the house. Curtains, table cloths, kitchen stuff. Was a mini spending spree.

It’s been a nice hot day too. Now just chilling playing Mass Effect on PS5 and checking in here.
