Just really paranoid, but that's the new normal recently. I'm hoping my new psychiatrist can come up with something for it, but I'm not sure if that's something medication can fix. Other than the paranoia, I'm holding out still, so I'll be ok.

I bet it'll be ok in the end, at the end of the day it usually is. My horrible memory kind of might help in that regard, I seem to forget the majority of the previous day. Not sure why though. It's been a theme my whole life apparently.
