I've had more luck with it today. I'm slowly pushing forward. There's still a few bits (i.e. a lot) to sort out, but progress is still progress.

Yep. Gible was today. I have many shinies, and I got a very powerful almost perfect non-shiny one. I was out in the sun all afternoon so feeling a bit burnt now, and I also walked lots (7 miles :lol).
Fun times.
I've been focused on coding again since I got back. Slowly making progress again

Yep, I had fun. I feel like I've been slow roasted because of the direct sunlight, but it wasn't super hot.

Yeah I got several shineys avd evolved one of them somehow was really high most shineys that I've seen aren't except my shiny magikarp that's a red gyrados.

I got a red gyarados too when they did it on community day. I was waiting for literally years for that red gyarados
I hope they do another good one for the next community day.
Also update for the journal: I'm really tired today, and I've got a monster headache (due to tired and stress). I'm going to take it easy for a bit, hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow. Also made more progress with the coding today. It still needs some tweaks but it's looking better every day
