so... my central air is broken... and because its not currently 80 degrees or hotter outside its not that important I guess... even though its 80 inside my apartment. So thats cool.
I have to be at work at like 10 am on Wednesday , hopefully I have another promotion waiting for me. I have applied for an open supervisor position. So that will be cool if I get it. From what I have heard I am the most qualified for it, or at least the most qualified person who has applied thus far. Im really hoping that I get it sooner rather than later because that department REALLY needs leadership and they keep coming to me anyway. Even though they are supposed to be going to our arena manager. UGH.
I also get to redo my TIPS certification on the 10th (which is the certification you need in order to legally be able serve and sell alcohol). Its been a crazy week. We had an employee quit to stand up for another employee who was then fired 3 days later for failing a drug test, soon to let go another one for getting into a fight with a guest, and possibly another because they are related to the one who was fighting and might end up starting a bunch of shit.
o.o Its like a crazy dumpster fire.

HI!
Soooooooo!!! Its been a crazy few weeks. I got another promotion, my boss is quitting, and I have a new trainee tomorrow... So we will see how this goes. Idk if I will be held in my current department in order to lead it until my GM can get a replacement in or if they are just going to move forward with my original promotion as a supervisor in a different department or not. Might get a little crazy.
