SO! We had a birthday party for the little on last night. It was great. I am now sooooo tired lol and i have to work today. It also wont be of any help that I screamed all night (We went to Medieval and it gets really loud and you gotta cheer alot) so I have like no voice and I have to work tonight lol YAY! working with no voice! Should be great.

I survived! lol YAY! It actually went really well. However our call center SUCKS. They made a reservation for a royalty party and then didnt notate that the party had a service animal with them. So dude walks up, I have them in the front row, then he goes "Oh yeah, I have a service dog" o.o hold on one sec, let me make sure that this table works for that.

So when we have service animals, the party that has the animal has to have that table all to themselves for in case of medical emergency AND to accommodate for asshole people who hate animals. SO I had to make sure that they werent going to lose that table, it was in the front row. So that was a thing lol they did get to keep the table and for once we didnt get a complaint about the animal. Usually we always get one or two Karens who are pissed that theres a dog in the arena... where there are horses and a bird... We have 18 horses and 2 falcons. So it gets really stupid when people start complaining about a service dog.

Then we had this off duty officer who made the call center have our general manager call him back because he said he was traveling and didnt have a place to stow his side arm... so he wanted to BRING IT TO THE SHOW WITH HIM! So yeah... we let him but that also means that we kind of have to tip toe around him for in case he gets crazy. We gave him a refund on one of his tickets (we have a no refund policy) in order to keep him happy..... so yeah... interesting night lol One of our managers in a different department sustained a head injury which he caused himself. It was really just one of those days

Dude so get this:

my little one was playing with my laptop in feb, signed me up for a free trial of Avast- which ended today. So they charged my paypal like $75. I had to call both companies.... so thats cool. I got my money back though.... which is nice.

The fact that you got your money back makes it a little lighter of a situation but still could've probably been worse too. Like more expensive and no refund, I know that's been something that's gotten my parents pretty worked up a few times.
