Been trying to work on my Java assignment, really didnt think I will get it done in time (due in Thursday 8th and I dont have that morning due to work) so Ive asked for an extension. So glad it got accepted but I dont think I need all of the extra time

Don't knock it, a lot of Colleges would mark you down for being 1 second late on the deadline.

Oh, absolutely and Im aware. Here is the kicker, had my parents not make me feel like crap this morning I would have had more drive to get it done, now I dont see the point of why I should make an effort. They knock my confidence and kick my mental health to the ground I just felt so deflated today. That and Ive been ill for the past few weeks, its just so hard to concentrate and ofc you need to rest up :/

Absolutely! I do often find that the half term before Christmas in school is the hardest one because thats when it gets darker and colder and everyone is just so done with the year XD But time to put my feet up a bit and rest
