Update - Right arm ('upper' forearm, near elbow) Huge bruise, and swollen. (Saw bruise, but didn't really notice the swelling, colleague at work pointed it out.

I'm not thinking there's a break or anything, since I've got full range of movement without pain, just discomfort from skin pulling on edge of bruised area. And obviously pain when I keep leaning on the bruised area xD

(Ie leaning on surface at work to watch my laptop. Or use my chair's armrest normally at home for pc use... xD

Glad you don't fall that often though, it looked pretty painful. Would slippers help? I know there's some that have rubber on the bottom. Might be noisy on any hard parts of the floor but at least it might help a little bit.

tripping on stairs are never fun, at least when i triped on the basement stairs i tripped going up stairs into the laundry basket i was holding but it didn't feel very good on my knees

I've got slipper socks (ie 'socks' with grippy dots on the bottom). Just habit not to put them on when just nipping to the bathroom quickly xD And TBH I've slipped in them before too xD

Ah yeah the floor hears easy to slip on I forget but I try not to with being injured in both heals best not to hurt other joints

How it looks now.

Not painful as such, just uncomfortable if twisting arm (presumably where skin is pulling over swelling/bruising)

though still sore if I lean on the initial bit I hit (as I think would be expected)

still looks painful.
