For sure, for sure. And especially your grandfather, in and out of the hospital. If he gets covid, I'd fear for him. For you, I'm sure it would be unpleasant, but you're younger and stronger.

2020 is a write off. And seeing as how each year has been worse than the last since like 2016, I personally dont see much hope in 2021 being much better. Sure it'll probably improve. Call me pessimistic but I dont see it getting much better.

But hey at least we'll hopefully find a solution to COVID. That surely cant be a problem for much longer.
Mark my words
They will be gone
You'll see them playing games, my dear
They've moved along
Cause one day in the afterlife
We'll meet again

Yeah, you're right. 2016-2019 got continuously worse as well, but the rate of decline was much less than 2019-2020. I hm only hope it shallows out a bit.

Hopefully we'll see a vaccine for covid in 2021. And while I'm not a huge Crazy Joe fan boy, I don't think he could be worse than Trump, so maybe that would be an improvement.

People also think global warming is political and that bleach cures cancer and autism.

People are stupid.

As a rule, people are stupid, selfish assholes.

There are exceptions, but fewer than I'd like.

Popped in to have a bit of a nose after your post in CL, and well... Saw a line that summed up people so well I couldn't help but just say Hi and acknowledge it xD
