Here’s my new shiny journal with a new name, obviously.

Just in time for the New Year!

Welcome and feel free to post. ^_^

Introduction:

I guess I'll start with what I do for a living. My Job is Business Intelligence. I'm basically a business analysis except more. I analysis data as it would suggest. However, the intelligence part means my job is also to make graphs and tables that are easily read by others. So I turn the raw data into intelligent data, something that's meaningful and useful by management. I build this stuff so it reads directly from the data and changes as the data changes. So once I build the graphs and tables I don't have to do so again.

Nice, right? Management thinks so, so I still have a job. Something to be grateful in today's turmoil times.

Next a little about myself. I started in the Navy right out of High School, so yeah I didn't know anything and threw myself into the wild. Don't do this, you won't come out un-scarred. Afterwards I attended college and earned my BSI or Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. My Major was Software Engineering. After that I continued my education in Business and earned my MBA or Masters in Business Administration.

Why the diverse education? Information Technology is valuable to have, but for businesses. Therefore by having a degree in both, I felt I'd be able to contribute to what business actually needed more effectively. It gave me a grasp on how information technology worked and what businesses needed from it to be effectively used.

Okay enough about that.

I guess we go onto my family. I have siblings and parents, no children. Currently, no one is living with me either. So it's quiet, which is nice.

Now lets move on to my hobbies. I like reading and watching anime. I also like to roleplay. Sometimes I play video games, but it's rare. Don't ask me about movies, tv shows, or music, I don't know and I don't care. Same thing for Sports, especially for those. I find Sports to be the most boring thing humankind has ever invented and truly don't understand why anyone likes it. At the same time I don't really care that they do. If they like this stuff, cool, it's good to be different and to have our own likes and dislikes along with expectations.

Oh, yes I realized I should add something else, about my flag. You see I still lived in Japan when I joined AL, now I live in the US. That's why I use the Japan Flag.

Not a lot, but I think it's enough

I’ll also be making a new Set. Though I may use my current Avatar for it anyways. My signature will have Main in it too.

I'll work on the signature later.

I wanted to give it a more 3D appearance. So I added shadows and lighting to it. I also wanted to make it more vivid so I added some color to it as well.
