I spent most of yesterday with my sister, she has a new job at a bank and has been working a lot.
Today I said I'd get up early to do my ton of homework....

It's now almost noon and I just got out of bed finally

Tuesday is gonna suck balls. 2 days of backed up mail.

I am now, also crying.
Out of relief and out of sadness
Back in like April or May, I said I really want to get married and maybe have a kid at some point
He said he had never really wanted to but would think on it.
Then middle of summer he said he had never even thought about it because he was not sure how to process potential new life goals
This morning he said he definitely does not want those, ever
So, we determined we must go our separate ways.
While I saw this outcome as the most likely back in May, him dragging it out had given me false hope so today I am a bit sad.

Agreed, there will be plenty of others out and about eventually. It was driving me a bit mad the back and forth for months. But now no more unknowns or what ifs, so thats something at least

Sister and a mutual friend came over with food and treats.
That was nice.
He went out for awhile, prolly to clear his head and process too
Since we've been together almost four years and he has lived in my house with me since I bought it two years ago, it'll be an interesting process as it cant all happen overnight.
Sounds like he'll need a couple weeks to get new place and move and whatnot
Which is fine by me, as we don't hate each other, just have different goals so we're doing that whole de-coupling thing
Part of me can't wait until he moves out, if only because then it'll be easier for me to move along
...
I did try to distract myself with yardwork today, but then it got to be about 98 before the humidity so forget that
then took a nap, so now off to play some games a bit until i can focus better to finish out my physics work due tomorrow

WHAT A DAY

Looks like financially, I can afford everything on my own, but then it'll be rather close to paycheck to paycheck.
I may have my little sister move into my spare room, as she would help with chores and bills.
Have to consider it a bit more.
