So, fed up with the lack of fitness that I'm used to so fired up the Fitbit Coach again. Not quite the 4:30am wake ups like Jocko Willink, but 7:30am for an hour, then another hour walk in the evening. Hoping this will increase my morale and cheer my ass up a bit

Yeah I know it sucks at least I can go for walks, but it doesn't feel the same for some reason.
