Feeling sad because our trusty old coffee maker, that was a wedding present, and rendered faithful service for over 26 years, has packed up this morning. Farewell my friend. You have woken me up in the mornings and helped me to stay awake through the nights with 2 children, and survived through 4 relocations.

Another Con just around the corner, and I'm feeling the pressure on this one. #2 is going as Eskil again, and his friend is going as Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption, and we are meeting another friend there, who will also be in costume. I will have to step up to the plate. So...Jedi, Samurai or Isekai Assassin?

Isekai assassin, definitely. Especially if you got one of those rifles with the magic gun sights.

Interesting thought. I have a Nerf rifle that I can adapt. Need to study some images to put the clothes together.

My current take is black leathers with cloak and hood and an arsenal of concealed/surprise bladed weapons.

Onto another topic. Training is going relatively well. Went through all 10 kata last night with minimal problems. Just need to work on my stamina. Sparring more than 3 times is not feasible atm, and I will need to spar at least 5 people for my grading.
