My bedtime's usually 5 am but it's 2 right now and I'm thinking about laying down out of boredom. *lol*

I've been on Trazodone (50 mg) for my sleep issues, but it hasn't worked. I can't wait until my appointment tomorrow to get the dosage upped.

I have no idea. I've had mental health issues for years, so someone on Reddit said it could be related to that, but I don't know. I've got a double dosage now, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for results.

I guess I don't. *lol* Sometimes I get bored as hell staying up all night though.
