I just saw that added 2 then 6 =8 then 10 = 18 then realised that apatten of adding 4 to 10 then add 14 to 18 to get 32

K, that was a lot easier than what I did. I halved them all and then realized they were perfect squares. So then I just took the next one in the sequence (4) times-ed it by itself and doubled it. Your solution was so sensible. Mine was needlessly convoluted
