Couldn't tell if my anxiety/depression's been better because of the meds, or because I've been avoiding the two people I can't stand. Flipped out a little when I heard one of them earlier, so I'm guessing it's the latter. *sigh* I know my boyfriend's tired of my crap, and I'm tired, but the struggle continues. *sweatdrop*

mmm. I'm nearly completely over my depression/anxiety.

There's a girl at work that has depression/anxiety and we talk all the time I dint mind I know it helps some. She's pretty nice.

It's definitely good to have people you're comfortable with talking to. I have social anxiety like hell and I use these forum sites as practice. :D

Talking is a big help when it comes to depression and anxiety.
