SO!

I had to terminate an employee the other day.. and now she has posted all over social media about how she wants to fight me. IE: "if i catch you out in public you better bet its going down" which is absolutely hilarious to me... Her thinking she can fight me and then walk away afterwards is just proof that she really doesn't know what it means to f*** around and find out. Fun times.

I have been stupidly busy.

the day before my birthday I got pulled over because for some reason I had no tail lights. The cop that issued the repair order told me I only had 10 days to fix it, my cop friend was like "Thats a bullshit lie, you have 30 days. get it fixed and ill sign off on it" I was like oh ok cool. turns out my bulb connectors were shit. so thats fun.

I had to train two new hires back to back and this week im training my team on a new position that technically a different department should be doing. next week I am training an entire department on a job that they SHOULD be doing but none of them (including their manager) has ever done that job like they are supposed to be doing. So thats fun.

I found out that our emergency response handbooks are so outdated that they still list emergency contact information for people who haven't worked for the company in over 3 years. So now I have to be like... hey mr general manager, can we update this oooooorrrrrr?????

and I found out that the reason I didnt get the manager position I was gunning for was because my GM wants me to make my current department "respectable" and fix everything. So thats fun!
