What time does the Masquerade start at Sheffield in November?

I'm definitely coming on the 8th (Saturday) but I'd have to leave early due to possibly attending Fisherman's Friends at the City Hall that evening. However, even though I know I won't win against cute kids and lasses in Japanese school girl outfits, I'd like a go on the Cosplay Masquerade but I'd have to leave by 17.30.
Would I have time to do this and go somewhere to get some tea before the doors open at the City Hall at 18.30?
