Hello!
I ordered 2 tickets earlier today for tomorrow(Sunday) but I still havent received my tickets through the mail.

I purchased them through the anime league app and it showed a 'download tickets' link but it didn't work because I was in the app.

My bank has taken the money for the tickets but the transaction has a 'pending' status.

I also used used their "Lost Ticket Locator Tool" but I haven't received anything.

I did send out an email to them to try and get my tickets but I don't think that they will reply in time for the Con tomorrow.

What do you think I should do?

Do the obvious stuff and check your spam folder on your email account, they may have inadvertently been sent there.

If not, turn up at the London con anyway, explain the situation and they MAY let you in if you show them proof that you've paid.

Also, with all due respect to the Mods/Admins on here, most of 'em work full time so they don't spend as much time on here doing admin-y stuff.

I forgot to mention it in the earlier post, but I am regularly checking my spam folder and nothing has arrived.

Yup, I am indeed hoping that they let us in!

Have you tried the Discord channel?

Most of the staff will be at the Con, but will keep an eye on the Discord when they have a chance.
