I haven't watched much recently (I have gotten into Korean dramas now) but I have been watching Chiikawa and the Attack on Titans final episodes

Again, Tsurune S2, My Farming Life in Another World, The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess, Campfire Cooking in Another World, The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World, The Reincarnation of the Worlds Strongest Exorcist, By The Grace of the Gods S2, Chillin' in my 30's, Handyman Saito in Another World. has anybody spotted a theme yet?

@lomcia I shout, scream and kick a few things. If that doesn't work, I start working through my Kata as a form of meditation.

@Wheely Sweet I'm not too fond of the out-and-out Shonen series like Bleach, Naruto etc. Other than that, I'm pretty easy to please.

Just finished Cowboy Bepop before the weekend, so I'm at a loss what to watch now.

3. What are your favourite anime genres?

Tricky question, like TV shows and films in general I have an eclectic taste and can't quantify a favourite, my 3 favourite films of all time are roughly 3 different genres.
Excluding the Studio Ghilbli catalogue which I started with long ago along with Akira, GIAS. I've watched "The way of the house husband", "My hero academia", "Spy X Family" and Coyboy Bepop, I've enjoyed all of them for differing reasons, so I can't really favourite them.
TL;DR version. I don't have a favourite

3 - What is your favourite food?

Salmon, Mash and veg, reminds me of growing up and my Gran.

What anime have you been watching recently? Shockingly, I haven't been watching any, I've been watching red dwarf but i've got a load of films I need to watch starting with Princess Monoke and Akira. I bought quite a few so even if I've seen them, I need to watch them again
What calms you down when you are in stress? Now this is a tough question, I guess a little bit of music, a little time to myself with a beer and strangely, smiling. Just thinking about a moment that truly made you smile and forcing a smile can work wonders.
What are your favourite anime genres? I don't know about genres, but anyone who knows me, knows I love a bit of Dragonball
What is your favourite food? I eat Pizza the most but sitting down to a well cooked roast dinner will always put a smile on my face.

@Dragoth Unlikely to see any plays or music events this year, but I've got quite a few Cons lined up for this year.

3. What's the longest you've gone without sleep - and why?

I must confess that I don't think I have ever gone without sleep for very long. When I was younger, if I could get 2/3 hours in, I was good for the next day.

Music sometimes helps me.

What is your favourite food?

I enjoy pasta!

What's the longest you've gone without sleep - and why?

Not sure really, I usually get some sleep most nights even if it's just a couple of hours.

None planned for the time being. Probably best as I want to save some money.
